Group bootcamp training makes it possible for you and a friend or other compatible partners to work toward similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner, and is available at our gym in Dedham. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be inspiring. Our strength training and conditioning techniques are also easily adapted for you to practice on your own without bulky and expensive equipment.

Why join “group bootcamp” training classes?
Group classes provide the camaraderie of your peers while still getting the attention and motivation that your work outs may currently be lacking. Partner exercises and circuits are a frequent occurrence in these classes.

What’s the benefit?
Some people feel more motivated when they’re exercising with another person who feels exactly what they’re going through. It is also a way to stay in budget while getting a great work out.

What does each class consist of?
Each session of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.

Do I have to be in shape to join?
You will start training at your level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. The program is designed to be suitable for everyone.

What is the cost of group training?
Attend up to 3 classes a week for $160/month.
Each session is anywhere from 45-60 Min.
