How I can Help
The best way to get started is to contact me with some basic information. Be honest about your current state of health and I will give you the options that will get you where you want to be.
Together we will determine the best path for you; whether it is private sessions or group training. I also offer some “no gear” work outs that are an excellent way to ease into the process on your own. These sessions can be done anywhere, anytime and will provide you with a good base and the confidence you need to start your fitness program.

Group Session Rates Vary
2 people-$50 Each person per session
3 people-$35 Each person per session
4 people-$25 Each person per session
5-15 people-$15 Each person per session
Each package has a minimum purchase of 10 sessions. Each session is anywhere
from 45-60 Min. depending on the fitness level and goals of the client.
